MK Air Conditioning – Fair, Transparent and Professional Service Commitments
These Terms govern all interactions with MK Air Conditioning, including website usage, quotation acceptance, booking of services, and post-installation support.
1. Services
We provide air conditioning installation, maintenance and repair services across London and surrounding areas. All work is carried out by fully certified and insured professionals following UK building regulations.
2. Quotations
- All quotations are free, non-binding, and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
- Final pricing may vary based on site assessment, access requirements or specification changes
- Acceptance of quote constitutes agreement to proceed under these Terms
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Same-day call-outs are available subject to availability
- Customers may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance without penalty
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a service fee
4. Payment
- Full payment is due upon completion of the agreed service unless otherwise stated in writing
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card, approved finance platforms
- Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of future service
5. Liability
While we ensure high-quality workmanship and thorough system diagnostics, MK Air Conditioning shall not be held responsible for:
- Delays due to factors outside our control (e.g. access issues, weather)
- Pre-existing faults not disclosed during quotation
- Third-party components, warranties or structural issues
All AC installations are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Service guarantees for labour or workmanship will be stated during booking confirmation.
